Track Progress

The Universal Fitness Tester provides a graph showning the test results over a period of time. See how your results have changed as a result of training or as a result of a weight loss program.

The graph can display relative and/or absolute Vo2 Max scores

By checking or unchecking the Relative Fitness and Absolute Fitness checkboxes, relative and/or absolute Vo2 Max scores will be shown.

 

The graph supports zooming and scrolling.

The zoom works by dragging the mouse accross a range of the graph. The scroll bar may then be used to scroll left and right. The view can be narrowed to one year, one week or and range desired.

 

By moving the mouse over the graph area...

By moving the mouse over the graph area, the scores, weight and date below the graph will update with results from the test closest to the mouse location.
